The full taproom space is now available for private events Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Our taproom is perfect for business events, holiday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, bachelor or bachelorette parties, weddings, family gatherings and any other gathering you can think of!
What we offer:

RENTAL DETAILS:

Rental Hours: Sunday 11am - 10pm Monday & Tuesday Noon-10pm ​
Rental Fees without Bar Service: $750 with 3-hour rental minimum (1/2 hour for set up and tear down is included in this price)
Rental Fee with Bar Service: $600 3-hour rental minimum (1/2 hour for set up and tear down is included in this price)
Bar Service for 40 or less: $75 per hour + 20% gratuity on all bar purchases.
Bar Service for more than 40: $150 per hour + 20% gratuity on all bar purchases.
Additional Time: $200 per hour with 48 hours advanced notice if available. (This price does not include additional bar service fees.)
FOOD:
If food is needed for your event, we will provide you with an event food menu upon request.
All food must be finalized and submitted 2 weeks prior to your event. There will be no food additions during the event.

Food Tab Minimums:
Food Minimum for 40 or less: Food minimum is $250
Food Minimum for 40 to 60: Food minimum is $500
Food Minimum for 60 to 100: Food minimum is $750

BAR SERVICE:
Sunday Liquor or Wine Sales: Due to local laws we are not permitted to sell liquor or wine on Sunday.
Bar Service Payment Options: Bar service is flexible depending on your event needs. An automatic 20% gratuity is added to all bar bills regardless of the bar service chosen.
Cash Bar: Guests purchase their own drinks individually using cash or card as a payment method.
Open Bar: A card is placed on file for payment of all drinks on one tab throughout the entire event. The bar tab must be closed by Renter at the end of the event.
Bar Limit: A card is placed on file for payment of drinks until a specified amount has been reached. Once the amount has been reached, guests will be responsible for purchasing their drinks individually.
Drink Tickets: A roll of tickets will be distributed to the Renter. Renter will distribute drink tickets as they see fit. All drinks paid for with ticket will be charged to a tab opened by the Renter. Once the drink tickets have been used, guests will be responsible for purchasing their drinks individually.

CLEAN UP:
​
Clean up during/after Event: Renter is responsible for all cleanup of rented space during the event and is responsible for returning event space to prior condition after event.
